Tamlite Lighting is more than just a lighting supplier. Unlike many of our competitors, Tamlite Lighting manufacturers the majority of its products here in our Port St. Lucie, FL location and other various locations in the United States. This gives us full control over the manufacturing process and allows us to work more closely with our customers. By doing this, we are now in the position to mold the product to better suit the customer’s needs. Our facilities ship all of their products from three different locations which make us a cost effective operation and offers maximum flexibility for our customers.
We operate with the latest technology in fabrication, machinery, powder-coat painting systems, molding, assembly equipment, and computer aided designs. The development of our systems such as order entry, manufacturing, stock control and dedicated dispatch computers continue to evolve. Quality control systems and processes operate within the Tamlite Lighting organization as a key function of the standard we are trying to set and achieve.
Our mission is to contribute to the success of our customers by providing products and services of the highest quality. To be successful in our own mission we shall participate in creating an environment where we all have an important part to play. We also enforce quality, team work and dedicated people to a company that strides on our own innovation and achievement.
The operation continues to grow every day, but more importantly, our people grow. It is this team of people that have become the community of Tamlite Lighting today. Through their achievement, hard work and dedication the business continues to develop with new departments and new buildings. March 2011 has seen the further growth of our business with a new Tamlite Lighting location that has been opened to support its West Coast customers of the USA.
On the East Coast we are excited to announce that we have acquired a new 62,000 sq foot building complex, situated on 5 acres. The building will allow us to support our customers on the East Coast with more effiecent shipping. More importantly the facility will become an education and application center. Our customers will be able to come here and learn about the benefits of all lighting applications. It is one more positive step that Tamlite and CES can take together in creating a world class organization.
This expansion would not happen without the continued support of our customers and neither if the products did not meet the requirements of the market place. Tamlite Lighting is continuing to find solutions and better the products in order to meet the needs of our customers. Most importantly, Tamlite Lighting and its team of people are working hard to ensure that we have the knowledge, support structure and right team of people to ensure our customers are serviced quickly and correctly…every time; which is today’s biggest challenge in our market.
It is clear to see the steps that have been made over the last ten years at Tamlite Lighting. These small steps allow us to grow and become a better company that will survive in today’s market place. I am sure in the next five to ten years we will see a different business from the one today; which will be bigger and better thanks to the support of our customers.
