Pillars of Success

Tamlite brand pillars set an underlying tone on which we base our internal and external decision making and communications. We foster an environment that encourages customer service and support through education, customer feedback, and advanced technological investments.

At Tamlite, every decision begins and ends with quality. Our Research and Development team works hand-in-hand with our Quality Control department to ensure we are designing, manufacturing, and purchasing the highest quality products available. Raw material inspections and production tests are performed at the start of the manufacturing or purchasing process along with batch tests once the finished products are complete. This process gives our customer assurance that every product purchased from Tamlite is among the highest quality in its industry.

Superior customer service is associated with every facet of our business. Whether you are interacting with Tamlite for the first time or you’re a seasoned customer, you’ll always be greeted by an experienced and helpful member of our staff; that level of commitment will continue until your order has been fulfilled and you are fully satisfied with your product. It is our customers’ satisfaction that motivates us to build the strong and lasting relationships that help form the foundation of our business.

An organization is only as strong as the people behind it. Tamlite invests heavily in training employees on safety, product knowledge, and management. Every new team member participates in an inaugural training program, which ensures a consistent foundation across all Tamlite operations. We invest in advanced levels of education throughout staff member’s employment in order to improve upon existing skills and help groom them for future opportunities.

Tamlite has made a conscious effort to absorb constructive feedback and transform our business into a positive reflection of those insights. Input from our customers, along with control over our manufacturing process, has given us the ability to customize our products and services to meet both market needs and customer expectations. We are delighted to have this open level of communication with our customers; not only does it help us flourish internally but it is also a testament to our unwavering customer dedication.
